Celerity Telecom provides unlimited Technical Support for our hosted services, and limited Managerial Training in the administration of our hosted systems.
Agents will be available to assist you Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm EST. We also provide after-hours Emergency Support for urgent issues. Call us at 866-766-4000.
If we determine an Emergency after-hours issue to be erroneously reported as urgent, a $25 fee may be incurred.
Free technical support is offered for issues related to our systems.
However if, after review, an issue is found to be due to the client’s usage, software, or hardware then technical support may be charged at a rate of $60/hr.
We provide free Managerial Training in the administration of our hosted products and services for the first 30 days. This includes training such as programming PBX call flows, and full system training on our MyDialer and UNIdial platforms.
After 30 days, managerial training may be charged at a rate of $60/hr.
